Patricia Herlihy

Patricia E. Herlihy has considerable litigation experience in the areas of Construction Law, Commercial Litigation on behalf of Creditors, Insurance Defense, General Civil Litigation and Medical Device cases. She has practiced in Mississippi Chancery Courts and served as an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University School of Continuing Studies. Patricia received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Patricia received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi in 1992.

Patricia has served on several boards and committees, including the Mississippi Bar Associationís Ethics Committee and the Pro Bono Committee of the Hinds County Bar Association. Patricia is an alumnus of Leadership Jackson and Leadership Madison County, serving as Chair for Leadership Madison County. Patricia was selected by the Mississippi Business Journal as one of Mississippiís 50 Leading Business Women and Mississippiís 50 Leading Lawyers.
